Don't you mean Pilots-Brewers? For the Pilots, it's probably the same person who turned off the lights...

Pirate coleader has to be Honus Wagner then, spent his whole career there... I still think Paul Waner played more games than Honus Wagner did for the Pirates. Just a strong hunch. I don't know, I would have guessed all three of the players other than Clemente before Wagner. I think the Pirates kept some of the pieces of the 1970s teams in place for awhile, but still not for very long, and they had a subsequent history of dealing players, in addition to free agency. Wagner played almost twenty years there...

Tim Wallach is the correct answer 1767 games. 260 ahead of Carter. Raines and Dawson are another 50-60 back.

Indians- Terry "Cotton Top" Turner? Please tell me you had to look this up. I consider myself to be a student of the games history and I have never heard of this guy.

Indians- Terry "Cotton Top" Turner? Please tell me you had to look this up. I consider myself to be a student of the games history and I have never heard of this guy. 0 I kept running across Terry Turner while doing research on Pacer Smith. Turner was a slick fielding infielder who was one of the games early base stealers. He is credited with creating the head first slide and held the Indians career stolen base record before Kenny Lofton broke it. Reds could probably use him today.
