He's probably injured (injuries are not reported - at least not by our beat writers). He'll probably be released sooner rather than later.

I think Travieso's is just precautionary and to give him some rest over the MWL all star break. Watched the Dragons last night and he was throwing a ball around.

The Reds are clearing reserve list roster spots for draftees.
Released: C Brandon Dailey, C Josh Kennelly, 1B Jhimmy Lopez, 1B Logan Uxa
-Dailey was drafted as a 2bman by the Reds out of an Ontario highschool in the 34th round of the 2010 draft. Kennelly was signed out of Australia in February, 2012. Lopez was signed out of Venezuela in January, 2009. Uxa was drafted by the Reds in the 32nd round of the 2013 draft out of Arkansas State.
20 year old Kennelly saw just 14 games of action with the Reds organization last year, he should be able to find work with his native Australian Baseball Leagues if not stateside. The soon to be 22 year old Lopez has struggled to hit in nearly 200 minor league games, his playing days are likely at an end. The 23 year old Uxa hit .281 - .379 - .438 in 40 games with the AZL Reds last year, if healthy he could prolong his professional ball playing days somewhere.
Opted Out of Contract: 3B Chris Nelson
Promoted to AAA from AA: RP Justin Freeman, 3B Juan Silverio
Promoted to A+ from A: SP Luke Moran, RP Layne Somsen, 1B/OF Sebastian Elizalde
