Ah yes, start the excuses for Derek Lee now...typical wgn announcers yea in Connecticut i buy MLBTV every season so generally have to watch the visiting team's announcers every road game. it gets kinda annoying hearing your team talked down on and their good plays down played or ignored. I think the most annoying thing is if there's a close call or something favoring the reds I never get to see the replay

At least our announcers let us know that our players suck. Thom and Brantley at least don't tend to make excuses for our players. Great inning by VolK.

Sounds like a nice outing from Edinson on a day with a small strikezone.

Volquez 7K's through 5 IP with 4 hits and 4 walks issued *(asterisk for shady umpire calls lol) kid qualifies for the win. he deserves it, lets end this losing streak and start winning some series again by salvaging something in this one

Just look at the young guys on this team or in AAA. If they can all pan out we will be very solid.

Where is the Burton from last year ? The one who was amazing and couldn't be touched.
I wish that version would show back up.
This one reminds me of a skinny Todd Coffey.

We need to get a least 2 more runs so when we have to bring Coffey in we can hang on to win 7-6. Seriously though do we leave Burton in to pitch another inning and go with Weathers and Cordaro. Or take our chances with Coffey in a close game since he's had a day off. Never mind Jr. gone yard ;D
