Don't know if this has been pointed out but if they are going to skip Fogg next time, they can use him in long (or short for that matter) relief the day before if necessary. It would be short rest but following this 64-pitch outing, it would be good to keep him fresh. Ideally, we'd be leading 8-0 after 6 or 7 and he could finish it out. Good management call today on pulling him.
