Wild was one of my favorite shows before the scandals broke out, but some reason that took some of the fun out of it. It must be awesome to have Brian Urlacher on your favorite football team. I love the way that guy plays. I wish we had a player with Deion Sanders' speed on the Reds these days. It makes things more exciting and puts pressure on the defense.

Welcome aboard, Dave!!! I just watched the Big Lebowski last night. An absolute classic. The Dude abides!! Also, I love Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, another hilarious, underrated classic. I used to love to watch Reggie Miller play. He was awesome and could shoot the lights out. I have to agree with you on a nice double play. I love watching middle infielders take care of business around the bag.

Well, since you hate Moneyball, I guess that overrides the fact that you are an UOS fan. Are you a physicist yourself?

I think that Moneyball provides a good model for how to run a baseball team, my problem with the book is that I feel it had a negative effect on our economy for various different reasons. I do have a BS in physics (as well as a BS in astronomy), however I am currently working outside of the science/engineering sector (but that should change soon). I may eventually go back and get a master's. I'm not sure what UOS means. I also forgot to mention that I am really kicking myself over not getting an autographed Zach Domicone jersey, as he is the next unheralded Buckeye prospect to break out.

Where does Zach Domicone play? UOS is the University of Ohio State (this is where Terrell Pryor announced he was going to play football). Do you follow Buckeye baseball? I've occasionally thought about going to see a game.

Domicone played both quarterback and various defensive backfield positions in high school, and is projected to be a safety. Had Terelle Pryor not committed to OSU, he probably would have become the third quarterback. While it seems that the Buckeyes have about 15 safeties on the team, it seems that they're all juniors or seniors. He played in one of the tougher conferences in Ohio, on the team that everyone usually beats up on, and still went 6-4. Recent notable players from his conference include A.J Hawk, Mike Nugent, Will Allen, Quinn Pitcock, Todd Denlinger, Cedric Tolbert (plays at UC), Ben Person, Marcus Freeman, Jake Ballard, and Kurt Coleman. The one game that I saw him play in, he had two touchdown runs of over 60 yards, two passing touchdowns, and an interception.

Hola, Duke. I'm curious what you think about Tom Clancy's more recent books? Clear and Present Danger is my favorite, though I also like Without Remorse. However, I think his later books suck. Ever since Jack Ryan got into politics, the books have really fallen off the cliff. I'm curious to know what you think about it? I'm not sure if his work has fallen off or my reading preference has just changed.
