I think the Reds should look into switching the following players positons now so they can start learning how to do it and prepare for it.
Todd Frazier to 3B Everything I see says he is a future 3B so why not move him there now so he can learn the position?
Carlos Fisher to RP I have said for a while that I dont think Fisher has what it takes to be a SP. I do somewhat like Fisher and think he could be a solid RP. I remember last year when he got off to his fast start people fell in love with him and I wish he could peform like that but I have goten to see him many times and he gets tired way to easy. As the game goes on he slows down dramaticly and it almost seems like Doug Davis is out there pitching. His movement also takes a hit and he just seems like he losses his momentum after the 4th. At least every time I have seen him.

I think i've hear Star talk about the Reds needing to move Fisher to RP as well (he called Pelland well before the Reds did it).
As for Frazier, you also have Juan Francisco at 3B who BA ranks as the best infield arm in our systm. If it is remotelypossible that Frazier could be decent at SS in the pros then he should be kept there due to our complete lack of offense from our defensive SS prospects (Janish, Cozart) Scouts say he will outgrow the position (he is 6'3" 215 now), but it is worth considering leaving him there or else sacrificinng offense for defense again at the SS position.
I think we got spoiled having Barry Larkin.

Well we also have Juan Fransisco and Brandon Waring who I belive I have read will be moved to other positons.
Soto is expected to outgrow SS also I belive.
