i cant say enough how impressive this guy has been. I supported him starting at SS all along and know many ppl who didnt think he was a ML SS. I think he has proven so far to be more than good enough to play SS and has also been a stud at the plate. This guy is what baseball is all about, kind of an old school throw back player, does everything really well and somehow ppl still think he's not worthy. No he's not going to hit 30 hrs, or drive in 100 runs, but hes gonna help this team win a lot of games!

Agreed. After this year, assuming he keeps performing, I see no reason why Alex Gonzalez should still be a Red. If he is, maybe Jocketty isn't the man after all.
