WHen Homer comes up he needs to beable to go more than 4 or 5 innings. If he is not pitch efiencent in AAA the bigs will be worce for the hitters up here will be able to work him more thuse though more pitches per inning anyway. (most likely)

Hopefully, our farm system is going to start cranking out the position players. I'm a bit jealous, as the Red Sox just got three homegrown guys (Pedroia, Lowrie, and Elsbury) on base in one inning. |

I'm a bit jealous, as the Red Sox just got three homegrown guys (Pedroia, Lowrie, and Elsbury) on base in one inning. I think we are staring to actually assemble a pretty good farm system. It's taken a while but I believe we will have a good young team here soon. We have the pieces in place right now I believe. I just hope we don't rush to win now and trade away our promising prospects. We have lost for long enough now we might as well continue to put those pieces in place and build from within. |

Yeah, I agree.
We are drafting much better and the flow of prospects from the Dominican are of inestimable value.
