We look horrible over the weekend, and Dusty apologizes.
The Tigers have looked bad (albeit for longer) and Leyland rips them.
Why is Dusty so worried about his image? People love Leyland, so it's not like he's not a player's manager, too. It's ok to rip your team when they deserve it, Dusty....they've never deserved it more than this weekend....

You may be right, but that's just not Dusty's style. He's a laid back manager and never really rips his team or gets ejected from a game.

However, when you're a manager, you have to light a fire. He said Dunn has this blank stare, well slap him in the face and get him to wake up. Walk up to him and tell him he isn't playing because he sucks right now. Tell him he's 10x the hitter that he's showing so far. They don't deserve to be babied. They deserve to have their asses kicked right now. We're getting good production from our young guys, which is just what we need....but our vets are proving to be crap thus far. |

The Tigers offense explodes for 11 runs tonight....
I think it's safe to say we probably won't put 11 on the Scrubbies (yes, even with Ryan Dempster starting) tomorrow....
