I don't have much experience w/ 10-teamers so it's hard to guage, but here are my thoughts:
Strengths: AVG: Gonzalez and Cruz are the only starters that are below average and they're not that far off, and with Mauer a top-5 guy in the cat he makes up for them. You're very good here.
SO: Billingsley can be top 5 in the cat and Harang top 10 if healthy. Add with the young flamethrowers like Joba and Scherzer you should be top-notch here also.
HR: I'm seeing 4 30+ HR guys (Braun, Tex, Gonzalez, Man-Ram), plus a few with 25 potential (Youk, Votto, Cruz, Bradley). Even in a 10-team that seems very strong.
Weaknesses: SB: Not much here. Braun, Holliday and Cruz should be around 15 each but other than I wouldn't expect more than 5 out of anyone. Taveras helps but he's not starting so wont help much. Might think about dealing one of your current OF's for a MI with some speed, and move Willy to starter. Shouldn't hurt your power/rbi too much but will immensely improve the speed (Furcal, Figgins (if 2B eligible) would be a couple prime targets. Brian Roberts if you wanna give up a little more).
Saves: I know you can usually find good saves on the waiver wire, but in a 10-team league you should've been able to nab a better #2 than Wheeler's 15 saves.
"Iffyness" on the pitching staff: You've got a nice group of #2/3/4 starters but no anchor. I like how you grabbed upside with Joba/Scherzer/Morrow/Volstad though. If a couple of them step up and reach their potential you'll be fine, but if they go through growing pains/injuries your staff could be very brutal.
Overall you've got a good shot. A decent trade/waiver pick up for some speed and some good luck with your pitchers and you should be good. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Looks good on paper, but I always find it impossible to evaluate someone else's team without seeing what the competition looks like. I need something to compare it to and can't really imagine what the rosters of the other teams should look like in a 10 team league. But, you do have some quality players and a few intriguing sleepers.
