I would like to start a new keeper league it will be standard H2H.
The league will be a full keeper league, you keep your entire roster.
However you will only retain rights to the player for as long as he's with the team he was with when you first acquired him.
I'm figuring that allowing a two day window to trade any player that switched teams before they have to cut would make things very interesting.
Would like to have at least 10 teams, but 20 would be better

This does interest me i enjoy playing the H2H more, and a keeper would be awesome. but why not make it more.... like instead of keeping your whole roster make you sign 3 or 4 players to a contract no money just years, it can go like this....
you must have 5 years of contract time, you can use it all on 1 player if you wish but by doing so you will limit the players you retain and you are stuck with him for 5 years if something happens. Or you can divide it up among the 3 players you wish to keep.
Also all players selected in rounds 1-3 are not allowed to be signed to a contract unless they were a rookie.
All players in rounds 1-3 get put back into the draft the next year so others have an oppurtunity to get them next time.
or you can make it only rounds 1-2 go back to the draft, you can tweak it here and there.
so the players you sign to contracts will be in rounds 4 - the end. or if you drafted a rookie in the first 3 rounds you can decide to sign him to a contract and retain his rights for how ever many years you sign him.
does that make sense and if so what do you think?

I Greatly perfer dynasty keeper leagues so I wouldn't run or be part of any league that had such a limited number of keepers.

it was just a suggestion, did not mean to ruffle any feathers Sorry didn't mean it to come off that way. Just wanted to state that I prefer larger scale keeper leagues thats all. Find the smaller ones to be to easy and friendly to less active keeper league managers.

Like our league... speaking of when does that start again? No idea when the commisioner will open that league, I've considered dropping it though for another that is more to my liking.

It took me only a year to become one of the better teams in the league... it's kind of a joke.

It took me only a year to become one of the better teams in the league... it's kind of a joke. My other leagues are a little more challenging a 6-12 keeper that I run, its more casual competitive a 12-17 pay keeper league that I run which is extremely competitive and a 18-23 keeper league which is more difficult but because of the actions of a few managers not as competitive as it should be. Weak commisionner that allows one team to pretty much run his team like a joke in his quest to have 1000 transactions in a season.
