I'd say Harang and Phillips.
We have good depth but Harang is our top of the rotation stopper and work horse, even if the young guys have better stuff.
Phillips is the new centerpiece of this team until Bruce proves himself.
Thoughts???

I think it's hands down Aaron Harang. Keppinger could step in for Phillips and do an admirable job.

I'm going to go a different route with this and say Johnny Cueto.
Just because.

The worst problem is when more than one player at the same position gets injured. However, because the Reds have so many bench players who can play more than one position, there really isn't a problem with the every day players. Pitching is the problem. After Harang, I'd say CoCo will be the next most irreplaceable player.

1) Harang 2) Dunn
Keppinger steps in for Phillips, and we don't lose a beat. There's nobody who can bring the kind of offense Dunn does.

To lose him, would be devastating. Having to move everyone up in the rotation... Seems like everywhere else there is someone sort of there who could step in and do a decent job.

I think we could plug in a reasonable facsimile at every other position. But, moving Arroyo up to #1, Cueto up to #2, and so on would have a real trickle down effect for our rotation.
