The 1972 NL Champs had no less than seven players whose children also played at least one game in a major league uniform.
How many can you name? (Two guesses per day please).

Tommy Helms/Wes Helms Pedro Borbon/Pedro Borbon, Jr. Pedro Borbon is spot on. Helms was traded in the 1971 offseason for another second baseman of some reknown. Also Wes Helms is Tommy's nephew.

Ken Griffey/Griffey Jr. Hal McRae/Brian McRae Yes, Hal and Brian McRae are correct. Pops Griffey made his debut in 1973.

Those are the easy four, the other three a little tougher.

I know Ed Sprague had a son that played for Toronto. Also remember Stan Javier, who was son of Julian Javier. 3rd guess is that the Hague playing for the Pirates is the son of Joe Hague.

Very good, Rufralf.
Reds reliever Ed Sprague's son, Ed Sprague, Jr., helped the Toronto Blue Jays to a couple of a world series victories in 1992 and 1993 (the latter as their starting third baseman).
Infielder Julian Javier's son, Stan, had many years as a big league outfielder and got a ring with the A's in 1989, to whom he was traded (along with Jose Rijo and a few others) in the Rickey Henderson deal.
One more father-son pair left!

Could the 7th player be Ross Grimsley? His Father played MLB in the 1950's.

Who could forget Ross Grimsley? He was nicknamed Scuz because of his refusal to shower when he was on a winning streak. Also recall how Sparky Anderson forced him to quit his strange habits like brewing his own good luck potions in the clubhouse that he would order from witches. Ross was just different.
