Go to profile then modify profile there is a avatar section there.
There is also a private message function for this sort of thing. ;D

What he said, You have to add in dimensions to make it smaller than 100X100 if you take a picture that is bigger than that, which mine is. The original photo is somehting around 597x400 so I put in values to make it 67X100 to keep the proportions.

Can you upload a picture from your hard drive, or do you need to provide a URL that links strictly to a picture?
