You should mention how big the leagues are. The smaller the league the less impressive the team.
This is the team that I'm running out in a 20 team, 18-23 player keeper league.

14 teams (I try to keep as few Reds off my roster so fantasy baseball doesn't interfere.) I was pissed when I couldn't get Hamilton! He went 104! This league has always been pretty competitive.
C-Benji Molina-Hope he can rack up some RBIs being cleanup 1B-Albert Pujols-Fell to second round, had to take him. 2B-Ian Kinsler-Love his potential 3B-Ryan Braun-Love his potential, but will hurt me in this ks league (Hopefully a lot courtesy of the Reds!) SS-Edgar Renteria-Always solid in a stacked lineup LF-Pat Burrell-Good for power CF-Curtis Granderson-One of my favorite players, great for 3bs RF-Lastings Milledge-My backup plan after losing Hamilton Util-Jim Thome-Fell into the 170s! Couldn't pass on power/OBP Bench Daric Barton-Like his potential but on a short leash Mark Derosa-Utility player for this week until I can drop for better Garry Matthews Jr-Short leash, but hoping he can rebound Raul Ibanez-Solid RBI machine fell to platoon with Burrell
SP-Chris Young-Wanted Harang, but he was taken in the 40s. SP-James Shields-Hope he can build off last year's success SP-Tim Hudson-Had a solid night with a good lineup SP-Matt Cain-Hate his lineup, but he fell into the 150s. SP-Ian Kennedy-Gotta love the run support he'll get. SP-Edinson Volquez-Great for Ks! (Plan on getting Cueto once he hits waivers.) RP-JJ Putz-Fell quite far, and he's elite as far as closers go. RP-Manny Corpas-Love him as a #2 with great stuff/lineup. RP-Brandon Lyon-Could lose his job, but then will be holds guy. RP-Aaron Heilan-Should get a lot of holds for the Mets. RP-Ryan Franklin-Plan on dropping once a better setup man emerges plus I have a 3 NL central limit on my team.
