Who else pitched for them for a long time? Jim Maloney? Joe Nuxhall? Good guesses, but no... Maloney only balked twice in his career (both in 1963). Nuxie had seven balks with the Reds and a eighth with the A's.

Franco gave up 9 balks in his career, six for the Reds, three for the Mets.
