Wow. Good movie.
WAY off on my guess for the scenario of Lark's quote a week or so ago though....lol.

Big Fight Club fan. As an actor Brad Pitt has been severely under-rated for most of his career because the people who haven't seen his good movies think he is famous for being attractive and marrying Jennifer Anisotn and knocking up Angelina and basically being married to her (although they are not technically married).
Fight Club Oceans 11 Se7en 12 Monkeys Babel Troy (Some serious ass kicking in this movie, especially sotrming the beach) Spy Game Snatch Meet Joe Black Sleepers Mr. & Mrs. Smith
Fight Club is very much a guy type of movie with a few nice twists. Even now that I know everything, it still has high rewatchabliltiy for me. Norton is great as well, and its probably the best Helena Bohnam Carter has done.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the Oceans movies too. I was really surprised about Fight Club. I wasn't expecting that at all...

I find that Fight Club is a movie that you have to see at least twice.
THe first time there is a lot to take in which might turn people off to it, but the second time you usually see it for what it is.
I'm not a major Pitt fan, but he's a solid actor. Just not one that when I hear his name involved with something instantly makes me think, Wow Pitt is in it, it has to be good.

Fight Club is one my all-time favorites. Given how conservative and formulaic Hollywood has become, it's pretty remarkable that a movie like this even got made. Still, first time I saw it, it pretty much knocked me on my ass. I was blown away by it.
That said, it seems to be a pretty polarizing movie. You either really like it or really don't. Regardless, I think everyone should see it. This is one of the few times that I like the movie version better than the book.

He does a nice job. I've always liked Spy Game, Meet Joe Black, Fight Club, Se7en, and a couple of others. He's got some acting chops, to be sure.

I hate it when "Film Critic" guy, not a real film critic, just someone who thinks they are, talk about how it was obvious and they saw it coming, etc... They are full of crap and just want people to think they are smart.

I think a lot of times people say they knew what was coming because of all the clues within the movie. Once they know the ending, the clues become way obvious, making somebody think they knew all along (or at least that they can tell everybody that and look like a badass.)
I want to watch it again to see them again.
