I've always liked Henry as a good organizational player, but I don't see much upside. Maybe as a Norris Hopper type that can be a good 4/5 outfielder and Bench player. Hopefully this signals a Frazier callup to High A and a move to left field.

Hopefully this signals a Frazier callup to High A and a move to left field. I'm not sure why you are so quick to move Frazier to left. I think he's got the skills to play 3rd, where he'd be more valuable than in left. I think it's very clear that Waring needs to move to first and Frazier off of shortstop. Though, I think Todd profiles better at 3rd. I can understand the concern over whether Frazier would eventually be moved off of the hot corner by Juan Francisco, but Frazier most definitely should arrive first. So, I'd put him at third and leave him there until Francisco bumps him to a new position. There's no guarantee that Francisco can or will be able to beat out Frazier at third, so I'd leave Todd there. After living through the Edwin experiment, it would certainly be nice to have a solid defensive third baseman in Cincy.

Sean Henry came over in the Conine trade right?
Or am I thinking of someone else?

Nope we got him and Lopez who is already in AA for Conine. It was a great deal for the Reds. I hope we do the same thing with hatty.

I think his callup was because of an injury to Danny Dorn, but he can certainly carry his own in AA. With Szymanski performing well, it will be interesting to see how the playing time is split up amongst Dorn, Cumberland, Henry, and Strait. Dorn struggled but should get a longer leash because of his numbers last year. Strait is underwhelming so far. Cumberland's got a 7 bb/3 k ratio but has probably less upside than the rest.

If I remember correctly Cumberland at one time had very high upside.
Strait is a minor league filler if you ask me
Szymanski is close to being a minor league filler based off pervious years
Dorn is vastly overated by my fellow Reds fans in my view ( I hope I am wrong )
