All night games, so odds are I won't be able to see much until tomorrow. I might be able to run over some box score arond 9-9:30, but I doubt i'll get any chance to listen. On a postive note, at least the Reds are on the radio today and i'll be listening to that directly.

I know Wood is going tonight at 7 pm for Sarasota. I dont think there is a radio broadcast so I will have to check the box scores on that one as well. I hope Wood is healthy now because he hasplus stuff from the left side.
Looks like Gonzalaz is again missing in action. he is not on any minor league roster right now. He could be in extended spring trainign but this is his make or break year with me if he is again gone for some reason I let him walk. He should be in High A this year if I dont see him soon I will wash my hands of him as a prospect.

I thought I saw Gonzo on the High A roster at some point. Looks like you may be right about the ten cent head. It's a shame because his pure stuff is good, but thankfully the Reds have options right now. I'm excited for Thompson to get his 2nd start tomorrow for Chattanooga after his dominance in his frist start.

I understand a little funk over not makinng the big club (Longoria is having the same situation for the Rays), but he'll start to rake before to long.

Dragons updates
Tied 2-2 in the 8th
Frazier is 1-1 with 2 BB and a run Waring is 1-2 with 1 HR, 2 rbi, 1 BB, 1 K Reed 0-4 4 Ks, he K's a ton, I think thats 12 Ks in 5 games.
Jeff Jeffors went another 22/3 in relief where he struck out 6 while only giving up 2 hits, 0 BB, and 0 runs. Jeffords has been a stirkeout machine to start the year.

Did Wood throw a lot of pitches or are they bringin him along slow? I know either last year or the year before he had a pretty bad injury.

Not sure about Wood, they don't list pitch counts for anyone except AAA. Jeff Jeffords now has 11 Ks and only 1 walk in 4 2/3 innigns

I am more alarmed about Reed and his K's. I thought Dunn K'd a lot but goodness. Is this just a bad stretch or did he do this at such a high clip before?

Reed is at 12 ks in 22 AB's with 0 BB's, that is pretty horrible to start the year.
Lasty year between GCL and Billings he had 72 Ks in 60 games (229 at bats), but he hit a combined .284 with a .371 OBP and 19 extra base hits. Hopefully that kind of production returns, and if not, then Keltavious Jones needs to start getting more PT.
