Camden Yards and the Baltimore Orioles are in full support of sexual immorality and in direct opposition to Christ and His Word.
God created the rainbow and it wasn't for that purpose, but Jesus did say, "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man."
The Lord rebuke that brazen rebellion.

They even have a sodomite Orioles flag in the Reds dugout!
They only believe in shoving it down everyone's throat š”

I was at the game tonight, and last night as well. And yes there was a lot of short shorts in the stands. A ton of Reds fans also. Great game. On a personal note, As Iām not gay, and I donāt understand that lifestyle, but Iām not sure this is the proper forum for this post. Far be it from me to lecture anyone because I probably have said some of the most inappropriate things on this forum in the 15 years or so since Lark and Star created this forum. My point is, this is a baseball discussion board. Not a religion or political board although there have been many arguments over the years over that stuff. I think religion and politics divides people and we want to bring more people back to this board. You know, where else you gonna go?

I'm not sure sodomite pride is the proper place for MLB, the ballpark or the dugout either. In fact, I'm sure it's not, but since it's interjected so forcefully upon on, the most intolerant thing to do would be to censor any opposition to it.

I donāt want to seem like Iām ganging up on you, because Iām a Christian too. But really if you think about it your comments are pretty intolerant. Reall no different than the Taliban stoning a woman in the streets, and who would stone us for being Christian. But I knew the reaction you were going to get, and even if you donāt care, a message board on baseball isnāt the place. And really on a topic like that youāre not going to change anyoneās opinion. Just like the manic beans comment wouldnāt change mine. And Crash he is a closet Christian. He has to be, after all he thinks the Reds could sign Ohtani, or that Ohtani actually would sign here. Thatās a miracle that may be even too big for Jesus;).

I too wish that someones sexuality wouldn't be pasted all over things no matter what it is, and it should stay out of grade schools. Am I going to tell someone else how to live, no, if you want to be gay, pangender, non-binary or a little teapot, you do your thing if you are an adult. But don't teach my kids about it, and stop throwing it in everyone's face. The movement has made everyone very aware which was the whole point right, to make people aware of these other lifestyles? So there you go. People are aware, you can stop with all the in your face antics now. Even if folks don't believe in Christ, Budda, Allah....there is still good rules and lessons in these faiths to live your life by to be a good citizen of this world. Be kind, help one another, tell the truth, be responsible, be accountable, be faithful to your significant other, be hard working, etc.

Reds players should pray about refusing to play under those conditions. The Christian players could discuss it among themselves and may decide to stand together while everyone else bows down.

I honestly have to shake my head at the things we choose to care about. Or, more properly, the things we are conditioned to care about. It's just sad. Why so much hatred for fellow men and women? Why so much concern over what consenting adults choose to do in the privacy of their own homes? What harm does the mere existence of gay people in the world cause to those who oppose them? Why are so many people just so clearly afraid of gay people? There is so much pain and trauma that comes from trying to be something other than who you are. Just accept people for who they are.Ā Tolerance and acceptance are such incredibly powerful things. And, they are limitless. There's not a finite supply. We're in no danger of running out. So, why withhold it from anyone who is doing no harm? It takes so much energy to hate; it takes so little effort to accept and love. Why choose the former instead of the latter? What a sad and exhausting way to live. The sad and historical reality is that there are certain people and organizations that seek to enrich and empower themselves by exploiting the meaningless divisions that exist among people and in society. By exploiting those divisions until they become fractures, they can turn one group of people against another group of people. In truth, there is no real practical difference between people on a race, gender, sexual orientation, or sexual identity level. Those differences are largely meaningless and certainly nowhere near enough to serve as the basis for hatred. People are people. They want to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. They want to love and protect their families. They want to work and contribute to the world. They want to pursue their passions. These are universal qualities that are not limited to certain races, genders, sexual preferences or identities. So, why focus on meaningless distinctions and differences rather than the things that everyone has in common?Ā Do people who hate gay people simply not know any? It's difficult to believe that such hatred could be based on personal experience with gays and lesbians. For any members of the LGBTQ community who are members, posters, or just silent readers of this forum, you are accepted and welcome here.

For any members of the LGBTQ community who are members, posters, or just silent readers of this forum, you are accepted and welcome here. The bolded is the key. If it can be reduced to this, by all means, be yourself, love who you want, you are free to answer for your sins the same as me. I am not saying my sins are any better or worse than anyone else is, they are all equal in God's eyes (that is my faith as I am not telling anyone else what to believe either). However, why must everyone else who doesn't feel that way be subjected to that? I don't see a bunch of straight parades forcing gay folks to subjected to that. Or heterosexual flags waving from major league ball parks. But because it has always been the norm previously, it doesn't deserve recognition? I am not saying it does, but I don't think the other side deserves any recognition either. Be with whoever you want as long as they are of age and consenting all you want. We are all subject to answer for ourselves in the end. Someone else's morality is not my responsibility, as I am a pretty good failure all on my own. I am not going to preach up on my soap box when I sin as much as the next person.
