I may be crazy, but it seems like there are a lot of strange things going on with the Reds
Votto, Senzel and Moustakas all are on the Covid list. I don't know if Senzel will be back with Almora hitting like he is and Dawson and Friel called up. I don't know if the Reds can send Senzel to Louisville or not. Almora is playing well in Center. Senzel is not even mentioned in Sheldon Injury up date.
In Saturday's Game Moustakas really screwed up. He hit a pop-up to the left side which was muffed. It was a high pop-up because They said on the broadcast that it was in the air for over 5 seconds. Yet when it was muffed and kicked toward center Moustakas was barely rounding first. If he had been hustling he would have been almost all the way to second. I don't think anyone was at third because the shift was on. This was important because there were two wild pitches, but Moustakas did not score. On the second Moustakas could have scored, but I don't think he was paying attention. The ball did not get that far away from the catcher either.
Votto is also on the COVID list he is hitting .122. He is striking out in one out of every three at bats. He either walks or strikes out half of the time He never hits the ball. The walks are nice, but Votto is so slow that the pitchers don't care.
Why isn't Lopez playing? The Reds have played 4 games in three days and Lopez hasn't played in any of them. Who knows. Are the COVID claims really just suspensions? Will Senzel be back. Will Lopez ever play again?.
I know I'm crazy>

Hitting has to be 50% mental, 45% opposing pitcher, and 23% swing
