I know of 11 ways a batter can get to first base. Can anybody name them?

Let's see...
Base on balls Hit by pitch Error Fielders Choice Single Awarded First on Catcher's Interference
Are intentional BBs counted differently? The rest must be some subdivision of fielder's choice and/or errors.

The rest must be some subdivision of fielder's choice and/or errors. Bases on balls and intention walks still count as a walk. Fielders choice and double play are also pretty much the same. You got 7.

Passed ball on third strike (or that could be the same was wild pitch on strike three and/or dropped third strike).
Hitting a double/triple/homer and getting called out at second on an appeal.
Hitting a double/triple with a runner on third to win the game (extra bases won't count).
Technically, if you get an extra base hit, you did get to first base, so a double, triple, or home run would all count.

There are several other situations where a batter can reach first base. Fan interference. However, that goes in the book as a base hit. Fielders obstruction. Wild pitch on 3rd strike. Passed ball on 3rd strike. Also a little known rule where the umpire can award the batter first due to unfair actions by pitcher or someone in the dugout. Not sure what that would cover. I can recall Reggie Sanders being awarded first base vs the Cardinals with the count 3-0. Remember the pitcher being ejected and Reggie going to first. Anybody remember this?

The batter will still be charged with an SF or SH, but he does NOT reach base on the sacrifice itself. This is impossible. The batter only reaches first base on the SUBSEQUENT action, namely a fielding choice or an error. He can not reach on a sacrifice, but he can reach on a fielding choice or error that happens after he has sacrificed himself. These plays are always scored as such
