Tyler Mahle 11-9 Deck Mcquire 10-9 Jose Lopez 10-6 Austin Ross 11-2 Scott Moss 14-6
That is counting the playoffs. As far as I know those are the only players with 10 wins or better.

If you're not using wins as the primary factor, I'd say Luis Castillo has had a great season too.

Wins are a bad way to judge starting pitchers in general. Minor League wins are an AWFUL to judge starting pitching. ERA/WHIP/FIP and Strikeout/Walk %'s are much more important on judging a minor leaguer's season IMO.

Okay, have it your way McQuire 186 K's and counting, 57 BB over 3-1 You strike out over 180 batters in a year you have had a good year. Maybe he will get 200. Mahle 101 K 29, BB over 3-1 Lopez 104K, 34 BB 3-1 Moss 151K, 49BB 3-1 Brice, not as good 106K, 45 BB only 2-1.
And for the record Castillo 7-11 179 K, 45 BB over 3-1
For the big team only 4 pitchers had 3-1 ratios. Iglesias, Cingrani, Wojciochoski, and Shakleford.
