I don't know who he is or anything about him, but 29 k's in 18 innings with a 1.93 ERA and 0.80 WHIP is pretty impressive. Bring him up and make it quick

23 at Daytona. But he is not a top 30 prospect. Go figure.

He's a sidearm slot thrower who was highly successful in a starter role for 3 years at U of South Florida. But he tops out in the low 90's and really only has one secondary pitch - a high 70's breaking ball.
His "stuff" plays well in the minors but isn't the repertoire of many successful relievers.
We probably won't find that out for 2-3 more years at best as he's only 22 and in high A.

Baseball America last year said he was a reliever for sure, one of very few guys we won't even pretend we think will be starters, but he's a good reliever. Baseball Prospectus scouted him earlier this year, liked him a lot: www.baseballprospectus.com/prospects/eyewitness_pit.php?reportid=355Arm slot is tough for righties to pick up, he doesn't throw too hard but he gets nice movement on his slider and fastball and has good control. Safe bet to eventually make it in our bullpen.
