Reds have announced who they have invited to camp. I was surprised not to see Selsky or Jackson Stephens.

I was also surprised that Steve Selsky wasn't invited. I guess all the time he missed in 2015 hurt his case. They currently have 12 outfielders invited to camp, including 2 NRI (Winker, Ervin), Rule 5 pick Cave, and INF/OF Duvall (who's listed as an infielder on their website).
I was not at all surprised that Jackson Stephens was left out. He's a 21 year old who spent the season in advanced A ball, who should head to Pensacola. He's not a serious candidate to debut in 2016. With another strong season he might deserve an invite next year, though. Travieso is arguably in a similar situation to Jackson Stephens, but he got invited (again?) in part due to being a former #1 pick and top prospect. Tyler Mahle (ranked #10 by Baseball America) and Keury Mella (#7) also weren't invited.
I think Josh Smith is still in the organization. I'm (pleasantly) surprised that he didn't get an invite, after pitching (terribly) last year. I mean, I thought he'd get an invite, despite deserving to be in the first round of cuts. I mean, they invited Tim Adleman and Tim Melville...

Who out of that group has the best chance to head north with the MLB club?

I think it is very likely one of the relievers breaks camp with the team -- Drew Hayes or Layne Somsen being the most likely, or if the Reds want to give them more AAA time, maybe J C Ramirez (ugh!)

Who out of that group has the best chance to head north with the MLB club? Weiss. He pitched 3 years at Division 1 Powerhouse UCLA and now has 2 and a half seasons of pro ball under his belt. His numbers in AA this past year were outstanding, and though his ERA in the AFL doesn't show it - he pitched extremely well there too. I could easily see him skipping AAA (though he could easily be optioned back to Louisville if he struggled on the 25 man roster - which virtually all rookies do). He saw action in just one game with the Reds during 2015 spring training, he should see 6-8 this spring if healthy.

Weiss and Stephen Johnson have the best shots of breaking north with the club out of spring training. Johnson is older and has a little bit of AAA experience, but not all that much. Big fastball, if he can keep it in the zone he has a good shot. Assuming we eventually get Chapman traded, both may make it.

I'd be shocked if Weiss made the team out of spring training. He's not on the 40 man roster, and hasn't pitched in AAA yet. There is absolutely no reason to risk him getting a full year of service time. Maybe he'll debut in May or June. I think Stephen Johnson may debut around the same time, but I'd also be shocked if he made the team out of spring training.
I've never been a believer in Drew Hayes or Layne Somsen. I'd be really surprised if they won roster spots.
With the additions of Blake Wood, Caleb Cotham, Sampson's seemingly inevitable move to the bullpen, and rule 5 pick Chris O'Grady... I'm not expecting many NRI's to make the team. Those other 4 guys might not be any good, but at least they already have the advantage of being on the roster.
I also wouldn't be surprised to see more waiver claim(s) made before opening day, or free agent reliever(s) signed in the days before spring training.
