I've been getting another degree at WSU lately, and I noticed someone mentioning that our baseball team is surprisingly ranked 22nd. I wasn't sure how much of this was due to overachievement, and how much of this might be due to them having some legitimate prospects. I don't really follow college baseball, so I don't really know much about them.

Thank you very much. This team sounds like it might have the pitching to make a surprise run to Omaha.

Thank you very much. This team sounds like it might have the pitching to make a surprise run to Omaha. You are welcome. And yes they have a strong chance of making the tournament as long as they win their conference - which is quite weak overall (only 6 teams) and will likely only get one team in. Though, a great deal would have to go right for them to make it to the final 8 which play in Omaha.

For some reason, I thought it was 12 that made it to Omaha, but even then, I realize a lot would have to go Wright for them to get there.
