I have a fantasy baseball and I have two players that are about equal. I am wondering what the best things to look at for a player to do well that day. I have been looking at baseball stadiums they play in, what starting pitcher they going against righty lefty matchups but it doesn't seem like its helping me. Any advice ?

I'll be curious to know what others have to say, but, personally, I have a hard time playing match-ups in fantasy baseball. So, I usually pick the guy I like best and roll with him.
That said, if you have two guys who you deem relatively equal, then you could try to play the match-up game. I wouldn't have a problem going with the one who isn't facing, for example, Clayton Kershaw or Justin Verlander.
Outside of that, I guess you are left with trying to find splits (i.e. Home v. Road, left vs. right, etc) that are supported by a large enough sample size to be valid.
But, I'm sure there are others on here who are better fantasy baseball owners than me.

If I have two players for one position I look to see who has been better over the last week or two or who their opponent is especially for arms.
