I know the Reds can't modify the stadium much due to the stands. But what would you think if they just removed the terrace behind the centerfield fence all the way back to the restaurant/ Steamboat just to make it more pitcher friendly. It would be terror on centerfilders chasing balls to the walls. Maybe they could put a little slop in like Tal's Hill at Minute Maid. Call it the centerfield terrace.

I'd remove the steamboat all together (never liked the damn thing. If I had built it, you would either see the skyline in the background or the river - now you see neither.

I'd rather have a small park than a Petco or Comerica... pitching duels are great and all, but knowing a deep fly-ball always has a chance to be a homer, is kind of fun, maybe ridiculous, but fun
