This guy isn't talked about, but he has had a decent minor league career up to now
Duke, What is the story on him?

He got bit by a shark a week after we drafted him for starters. His nickname is niw Sharky and his twitter handle is @sharkrogers. How cool is that?
He has pretty good control of the zone. He usually works 89-91, but can crank it up to 94 if he has to. Throws a hard slider and a changeup, but the changeup needs work. He's a small pitcher (5'11", 175 lbs) so he'll have to prove himself at each level. Smart guy, gets pitching around the zone and changing speeds.
Likely ends up a reliever given the Reds starting depth and his limited trade value, and he can thrive on just a FB/SL combo in the pen where his fastball can be more 92-94 in one inning use. If needed too though, I think he could be an OK back of the rotation pitcher given his intelligence and control. It Lotzkar is still hurt, he likely starts opening day for Pensacola.

He could be a good long reliever down the line.

He could be a good long reliever down the line. I think he'd be better as a one inning guy and just throw FB/SL. For long relief i'd say Josh Smith, Pedro Villareal, maybe Tim Crabbe or Curtis Partch. We still have Lecure for a few more years though, barring injury.
