To be fair, I included 10 options, but this should pretty much be a 2 man race.
For me, I'm going with Corcino over Hamilton.
Corcino has a plus fastball that can touch 98 as well as a hard breaking slider and a "show me" change up. He has a great command of the strike zone, misses alot of bats, and seems to have a cool head of the mound.
The player he's most commonly compared to is Johny Cueto, and if he reaches that celling, he's no doubt our #1 prospect.

I haven't heard of Corcino hitting anything over 96 this year. He usually sits 91-93 and can dial it up to 95-96 when he needs it.
I went with Hamilton. He's not just fast/quick. He has been described by numerous scouts as the fastest/quickest player they have ever seen. He is a plus plus athlete who has made tremendous strides developing his tools into baseball skills this past year. He has significantly lowered his K rate, while simultaneously significantly raising his walk rate. He isn't giving pitchers easy strikes by chasing balls out of the zone. Early in the year they pumped fastballs at him to not ealk hi and he hit .400. His defensive downside is a CF with super plus plus range. He is developing solid gap power to the point where the defense has to play him honest because if anything gets over their head, it's at least a 3B, if not an inside the park HR. He gets singles on ground balls to the left side of the infield. He scores on sac flies to the 2B. He scores on ground balls to the pitcher.
Hamilton will never hit for much power, but he is a game changer, pure and simple. I like Corcino a lot, but if I could only take 1 guy from our system, it's Billy Hamilton.

Hamilton is the surest thing we have to making it to the bigs. That counts for a lot in my book considering some people never make the show. Corcino, Cingrini, and Stephenson all should be solid pitchers, but had to go with the tools of Hamilton.

Hamilton, at the very worst, comes into a game late, steals 2nd and gives you a R if you get the ball out of the infield. At his best, he could be a near .300 hitter with +.400 OBP and 100 steals.

Billy Hamilton and it's not even remotely close.

I went with Billy Hamilton. He seems to have the will to do what it takes to get better and is putting himself in a position to utilize that speed tool. Him having a high obp would have been high on the wishlist this past offseason and he has answered from both sides of the plate. His slugging is picked up by his speed as well, so I think the Kenny Lofton comparison is reasonable. Lofton was 23 (ex-college player) in High A when he put up a slash line of .331/.407/.395/.802 with 62 steals out of 78 tries.
Hamilton (was high schooler) is not quite 22 and has a better slash line and his ridiculous 103 sb out of 124 tries.
Lofton skipped AA, Hamilton will likely be there soon. Lofton had a good year at AAA and then exploded as a rookie. He had a 6.3 WAR, followed by a 7.3 and a 7.0. He had 8 or 9 strong defensive years while getting on base a lot. If Hamilton can match that, we will have a star.

Hamilton without a doubt!
He is Drew Stubbs with a brain and mentality to get his job done! He is the fastest player in the league! Hits over .300....gets on base with ease and is a threat to swipe a bag on a pick off attempt!
Billy knows what his job is and does it better then most guys in the bigs! He is the complete package without being a HR hitter!
He is the type of player that gets on base and effects the next batters AB...pitchers will concentrate on his baserunning and make pitching mistakes!
He plays everyday and not every 5, so that is why I picked him over any of the pitchers listed!
He is the player the Reds have wanted in the lineup for the last 5-10 years, next to Votto! Hopefully he continues to succed at every level he jumps to.

I've got Corcino by just a little bit. Corcino has the stuff and demonstrated the ability to mow lineups down. Excellent groundball tendencies, misses more than his share of bats, and he is starting to figure out his command.
Hamilton, while fast, hasn't showed a real gleaming ability to hit anywhere except Bakersfield. Granted he had limited Billings and for the first few months in Dayton he was struggling to eclipse the Mendoza line.
In the midst of all my pessimism i do really like Hamilton and expect nothing from the best from him. I just think Corcino has a LOT higher floor while their ceilings are similarly high

My suggestion with this is to keep the options between 8-10 throughout. If someone legit wants to vote for ON that poll then add them. Other than that I think the less options, the closer and better the polls will be

Something clicked for Hamilton last year about mid-season. He's going to come on fast.
Hamilton is moving up prospect list and it wouldn't surprise me at at all if he's a top 5 guy at the start of next year, and the Reds lead off hitter by this time next year.
The Reds have a problem they have never had since I started following them. They are producing more major league talent then they can use.
There are times this year that outside of Phillips, every starting position is a product of the Reds system.
One could even say Phillips is close to a Reds product since he never really did anything in the majors till he was stolen by the Reds.
I remember decades where the Reds only produced a handful of starting players.
The fact that there even needs to be a poll to see who the Reds #1 prospect is, is a definite good thing.

A switch hitting SS who may be the fastest man to ever play the game, and who can swipe you as many bases as Rickey Henderson's record setting season on an annual basis? I guess I will take Billy Hamilton by a smidgen over Corcino. I would still move him to CF because I can't stand Drew Stubbs, he can use his speed more in the OF, and eliminate more errors, while making room for the next poor mans Ozzie Smith (Gregorius), then I think that is what should happen.
Besides, I would actually rate Cingrani higher than Corcino personally.

I picked Hamilton mostly on hype. My big question is Can he play nthe outfield or will he be another Taveras who couldn't track fly balls well?
Two on the list could already be on the team. Rodriguez could easily replace Cairo or Rolen at this point Joseph could as easily replace Bray. Both should be up in September and maybe be on a playoff tesm.
Loktzr, Cocino, and Cingrani all should make the show someday barring injury.
A notable omission was Bryson Smith. Everyone says he is average, but it is apparent the guy can hit. Guys like that usually make it to the show. Look at Hannigan. No way he was supposed to be here. He wasn't even drafted.
