Among the top 50 players in games played who are the only members of the group to have never played more then 1000 games with one team. This list has only three players. One of the three is clearly the king of the journeymen hired guns though.
1. Garry Sheffield--- 2758 games/most with Florida 558--quantumfootball 2. Steve Finely ----- 2583 games/most with Arizona 849--kinsm 3. Rusty Staub ------ 2951 games/most with Mets 942
Try to give people equal time and not just flood the post with guesses, if you know all three though feel free to list them.

One of these should be Matt Stairs.

One of these should be Matt Stairs. Not enough games to qualify as one of the top 50 all time. These are elite potential Hall of Fame consideration types. Guys that should have never been journeyman types but were. Well the greatest of them this is the case, the other two had better careers then Stairs who was the type of player you obviously wouldn't be surprised to learn never spent 1000 games with any one team....however he did play more games with his top team then the elite journeyman did with his.

Since I'm pretty sure that Lofton spent 1000 games in Cleveland and Ricky Henderson spent 1000 games in Oakland, I'll guess Gary Sheffield next.

While Alou did indeed never play more then 1000 games for any one team, tops was 608 with the Expos, he didn't play enough games to be among the top 50 in games played. He finished with under 1950 which is in the 280 range.

A couple of hints since I think the last two will be more difficult.
Craig Biggio broke his record.
and the second was part of a historic team known more for their co-aces. While he wasn't there long it felt like he spent far longer then he did with the team. Played into his 40's and was part of a pretty horrible deal, and another one that was a very large trade. I don't think people will expect him to be a journeyman because they will think that he spent more time with this team then he did, at least that was how I thought about it when I was researching this question.
There were of course a few that barely made it over the 1000 game requirement, I'll post them as well if anyone guesses them correctly. I consider barely to be within 100 games.

Probably the only one that routinely peed on his hands as well.

Finley is one of the remaining two. I thought that he was with the D-Backs far longer then he was.

Damon finished 58th on the all time list for games played, but he did indeed never played more then 1000 games with any one team. KC is tops on his list with around 800
