We've run Webb up to 91 pitches through 6. He'll likely be back for the 7th, but with a cooler day he may be done, but I doubt we are that lucky.
Theres your first Dusty test though Lark. First game, cooler day, Dusty was conservative with the pitch count with our ace.

Burton can't give up a home run to freakin Jeff Salazar... It's odd, he K's the vastly talented Upton and then gives up the long ball to a guy named Salazar that i've never heard of.

If the new pitcher is a righty, we should see Votto pinch hit, if it is a lefty, then we should see Hopper.

Salazar is my starting RF on my AAA team on MLB 08 the show He is solid and did good for me in 2011 when Matt Kemp went down for the year early on. Then again thats a video game O k come on offense David Weathers for the 8? ?? or Affedlt/Lincoln ?

It'll be Weathers, especially if we can get a run or two in the bottom of the 7th.

It'll be Weathers, especially if we can get a run or two in the bottom of the 7th. Yeah, with the day off tomorrow, Weathers is the choice.

so Cordero no matter what the case in the 9th That depends on how close it is. If we're still down 2, then we may see Affeldt or Coffey, if we cut it to 1, tie it, or take the lead, then it will definitely be Cordero. Looks like Hopper is the pinch hitter up next.

I'm out and headed for home, Patterson sure gave a whole bunch of jack squat there. Hoping to hear something positive on the radioon the way home. At least we have the heart of the order coming up.
