So Baseball America is predicting (Pittsburgh native) UC student OF Ian Happ, or Vanderbilt RHP Carson Fulmer...
Kiley McDaniels of Fangraphs says: 11. Reds – Kyle Tucker, RF, Plant HS (FL), Florida commit
The Reds scouting director, Chris Buckley, lives in Tampa and has seen plenty of the local prep product Tucker, who is a superior version (as an amateur prospect) of another local prep pick Buckley made, Reds top prospect LF Jesse Winker. Tucker is also the guy in this mock draft that I like more than the industry and think he’s a great value at 11. The Reds were also heavy in to see (Catcher Tyler) Stephenson last week and I’d expect them to take Stephenson if he gets here.
MLB.com's Mayo and Callis' list only goes up to 10. Mayo thinks Kyle Tucker may go 5th overall, while Callis doesn't seem to think he'll go in the top 10. Mayo thinks Carson Fulmer will go #9, but Callis also doesn't seem to expect him to go in the top 10. And neither thinks Stephenson will go in the top 10.
-------- Everything I've been reading basically says that nobody has any idea what'll happen, even more than usual, which the differences in the lists show. I'm hoping the Reds get Tucker. It sounds like Stephenson has too much swing-and-miss to his game and questions about whether he can stick at catcher, Fulmer would be another RHP in an organization full of RHP prospects, and I don't know what to make of Happ.

This is a pretty mediocre draft, everybody is throwing darts and calling it a rumor. I trust Buckley.

Keith Law tweeted today that he'd give Ian Happ a long look at 2b and that it might be a realistic transition for him. For whatever it's worth.
