Jose Siri
There's really a bare minimum of information out there on Siri, who was signed out of the Dominican Republic. He's an 18-year old who stands 6-2 and tips the scales at 175. He's tall and lean with a loose limbed look, the exact opposite of Jose Ortiz.
He has spent last year and this year playing in rookie leagues. In 2013, he played in the Dominican Summer League, hitting .303/.363/.483 with 5 homers and a 57/18 K/BB ratio. He performed well enough for the Reds to bring him state-side for 2014. This year, he's playing in the Arizona Rookie League, hitting .289/.325/.474 with 1 homer and a 9/2 K/BB ratio.
As for his swing, tough to say much at this point in his career. He seems relatively inconsistent with his swing mechanics, maybe working on his swing or just not taking quality swings in practice sessions. And, there's some length and looseness to the swing, though the bat speed seems solid.
Need to see much, much more from him to be able to form an opinion. His rookie league performance seems to give reason for some optimism, but he's got a long way to go on his development path.

Do you guys know something about everyone?? I don't know where he gets his information from, but his blog is definitely worth reading: redlegsbaseball.blogspot.com/Especially the scouting reports. Much better, more detailed, more informative, and less biased than those I find anywhere else. The only problem is all the blank spots of scouting reports not yet complete ...Oh, and the white writing on a black background hurts your eyes if you read it for long enough...

Funny you should mention it, I was actually planning on changing the formatting/color scheme. But, it takes a bit of tweaking and was holding off until I start writing more regularly again.
